Was checking out web cams to see the surf and pier conditions and noticed a large number of fisherman on Carolina Beach pier, all of them on the North rail packed pretty tight with a lot of rods moving up and down. Not clear enough to see any fish coming over but it sure looks like a Spot run to me to. Just wondering if anyone can confirm or has a report.
