Just got back from the Angler's Club Tournament in Hatteras. This is a team deal with 100, 6 man teams, the biggest one.
Anyway, the fishing was SLOW but, we managed a third place out of the thing. In one of the sessions we caught Sea Mullet on Soft Sand Fleas, thought you might like that Sand Flea.

No bigguns for us, just enough little ones to beat 97 of them teams.
On the first morning some fellow hooked and got a 5ft Cobia in the wash. It broke off and he tried grabbing it by the tail, That didn't work.
This was the lowest scoring Hatteras Tournament I can remember, It almost always takes 400 points to win. SLOW was the word, let's see 6 guys fishing 13 hours each and we caught 21 fish. SLOW.

41 fish caught last session by 600 people. Now you know why I bought a boat.
