I wonder how many men will buy the fake line, tie up some rigs, then go on to swear fluorocarbon makes a huge difference in their catch rates.

Fake lines aren't the only products coming out of China that are complete fakes. You might remember about five years ago Chinese toothpaste packaged like Crest, that made people sick. It was sold in discount stores. We trust our packaging to be right and they know that.

I like to buy my line from large retailers just because it is likely to be fresh. Now I have another reason to stick with them.
