Moss bunker, alewives, menhaden, there are a lot of names depending where you're from. I'm sure that someone will post a pic of it. Also there are still blues around, in the ocean. I think that most of the blues have moved out of the bay.
A finger mullet is just the small version of the mullet, usually 2-4 inches, or the size of your finger. The larger ones are called cob mullet, since they are the size of corn on the cob. Hope this helps.
