(pls forgive me if this topics been covered; I tried searching but didn't turn other threads up).

What are the advantages / disadvantages of the super braids, like PowerPro?

(I realize there's some subjectivity/opinion on this, and I'm interested to hear the different views).

From what I've heard, as I have never used braid. Poeple like it, because it doesn't stretch like mono. If memory serves me correctly, since there is little to no stretching one gets better bite detection. Especially when you have thrown some bait a very long ways out. If LarryB comes out to practice this weekend you can ask him. He uses braid a lot from what I been told.
