Was at Bass Pro shop on Saturday and notice that they sell a fishing cart. The cart was large enough to carry a nice size cooler, chair and a few rods. The picture showed it being used in sand. If memory serves me, the wheels are 8 inches. Anyone have any opinions on this cart?

Carts with the small hard rubber wheels are difficult to pull through sand and bounce badly along the planks of a wooden pier. This link points to a cart that is a good choice and give you ideas to work with:
