FYI - When I passed by there on Tuesday the parking lot was closed as they started moving road construction vehicles in. They are supposed to make a new access to the parking lot closer to the bridge but that wasn't accessible yet.

The new entrance is open to the parking lot. The south half of the lot will be for construction, north half for fishermen. Nothing being caught as far as I can tell.
