blood clams

Has anyone ever seen or know where blood clams can be found in the east coast(in VA,MD,NC)?http://www.philsfishmarket.com/fishmarket/shellfish/clams.html

I think blood clams are a left coast thing. I remember seeing them at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. Some really good seafood there, almost as good as Baltimore.

You can find them in the frozen seafood section of most asian supermarkets. If you are gonna us them for bait, let us know how it works out!
