The guy in the video removed the hooks from these topwater lures ( FL has a law about no Treble Hooks for shark fishing ) and had a little fun with some Blacktip Sharks in Florida, during the annual migration.

Thes second video shows how to modify the lures to legally catch sharks in FL with lures.

That rig is common for all toothy
