Im trying to figure the schedule for the kitty hawk area. We are at the 3.5 mile post for our cottage which is between winks and the black pelican. what is from what the locals know the schedule for the 4th of july time frame. Im wondering because I fish with sand fleas and I may have to travel a little to get them cause the replenishment will probably mess with me getting them as easy as it was before the replenishment. Thanks for the local opinion.
