Do any of the bait runner reels have "clickers"?

biatrunners are spinning reels. haven't seen a spinner with a clicker.

I have a large Kobia spinner that I bought from K-Mart a few years ago. It's a bait runner and the spool has a loud-ish clicker thing built in that makes a racket anytime the spool rotates.

Or you could use glow sticks on your tips as long as you dont plan on sleeping
