Who saw the launch tonight.
Nice trail of smoke in the sunset watched from the patio.
Nothing compares to the the schuttle when it goes up.8(---)

Drove down do Port Canaveral to watch. Nice launch.

But about the shuttle comment, have you ever seen a Saturn V launch? I'm lucky enough to have seen the last Apollo launch (Apollo 17). Makes the shuttle look like a fire-cracker.....Those were the days of a real space-program....

Personally I enjoy the rocket launchs over the Shuttle launch, espcially when launched from pad 17. Pad 17 is only 3 miles from Port Canaveral, you get an excellent view and REAL NOISE....

Maybe I should have said compared to the shuttle launch that atlas was a joke .
Never have seen a Apollo launch .
I guess I will have to settle for the shuttle launch to compare to everything else that goes up at the Cape.
