I love the Shimano Teramar. I have 3 myself, but I saw a great 50% sale on a Shimano Terez Waxwing 7'2 spinning in white. I have never fished these rods before. Anyone got any feedback on one? Thanks.

I've looked at them and almost bought one but decided to wait and try and find one of the new daiwa proteus Inshore rods instead. If it's the same blank as the other proteus rods it seems a much better deal at that price point. The rod I've been looking at is daiwa PRIN76MFS. But 50% is hard to say no to.

Thanks Benji. Don't know too much about Daiwa inshore spinning rods. I know Daiwa makes an awesome conventional surf reel. I got the Saltist BG30. I am a shimano whore when it comes to inshore spinners (got 3 teramars and a stradic, sahara). Yeah I really dont need another spinner rod but I found a brand new one for $100 (usually $200). Only thing is that its white. I dont know if i can fish on a white rod lol. If your interested, I can PM you where I saw the sale.

They are pretty great rods. A lot more flex for the power then you expect. I have an 8' version and I love it. Get great distance and don't have to worry about pulling too hard.

I use to have a few of them and they did ok... not the best or worst but the only reason I bought them is they had the lifetime warrenty. Now that they don't offer it anymore I would go a different route imo..
