Gonna be alone since the wife leaves for China Friday for a month and all of my friends are preoccupied. lol. So I'm gonna do some pier fishing. Garden City will be a drunk fest so it WON'T be there. Thinking Cherry Grove or Apache but have never been to either. My cart is big (full sized cart and balloon tires) It it feasible to take to either pier or should I just "hand carry" everything? Thanks! Noticed a few mullet in the waves a week or two ago at HBSP so I may end up throwing the net somewhere before heading to the pier. Where would be a good spot to try around the pier area?

She sits under the umbrella and reads and I fish. Occasionally she will bring me a beer and dig up some fleas

Mine hauls in as many fish as I do, then she will go get under the umbrella for an hour or so and then come right back out and catch MORE than me. Lol.

I'll be down the 12 -22 if you're down around that time give me a shout. The wife doesn't fish but she knows it's like a drug to me...and I have to get my fix. I'll be hitting Surfside pier, the surf there abouts, and may head to Huntington Beach and make the walk to the Jetty.

Apache has a very large ramp up from the parking lot and lots of space for a big cart, so no problems there.
