I was really contemplating on whether or not to go fishing on Saturday since it was so hot outside but I just couldn't sit in the house and do nothing. So I got down there around 7 o'clock ish, I have soft crabs and blood worms the bite was real slow. We had a brief thunderstorm overhead getting rain for about an hour, I got back out there there was lots of lightning so I got the rods in the water the bite was real slow.I look over and my rod was gping over the rail I got lucky and grabbed the butt of the rod and lo and behold there's is rockfish on the other end.
Other than that 3 perch.

I explored the stomach of the rock and found out he loves soft crabs. Found 2 in there.

Kayo thanks. It's hard fishing when it's hot out. It's cheaper to buy soft crabs than bloodworms.
