Thank you DaBig2na. Got washers and installed. Testing in yard seems very smooth. My son had a large shark and the drag ended up rough and barking. thanks - glenn
Just call me 2na , I had basically the same thing happen this week with my Trinidad and a big Ray.. I keep an extra set for each reel type I drum fish with.. along with drag grease.
You can still buy drag washers from the manufacturer. However the drag washers that come from smoothdrag.com are superior and in some cases cost less than oem.
If you want oem go to ereplacements.com. They are a great source for reel parts...
