    2 Piers in 6 hours = 3 fish (30-35inches)

I've fished the Bay today, and had pretty good luck. I fished two piers across the bridge and within 6 hours hooked up with 3 keeper size fish. All were returned as quick as possible. Tightlines..

How could they be keeper size ? Season is closed and when it does open , they have to be 28" minimum . How are all of those fish "keepers" ? The one in the last pic for sure .

The entire post read in the proper context would have eliminated your response. The man said they were 30 - 35 inches in length. He also stated that the fish were released.

Yea the one in the 3rd picture could of been 36- I was standing next to him while it was being measured and released- another fellow on the pier hooked what looked bigger but lost it reeling it in- overall a great day for fishing

Pic #1 would have to have 2X10's for that fish to be 30+ and I am pretty sure they are 2X6's , not to mention your sneakers would have to be 14"
Pic #2 is no way 30"
Pic #3 is a nice healthy Striper .

only the last one was measured.. the first one was around the same size as the third one.. it's very possible the second one was in the 20's ... but honestly does it matter..? Get your A$$ out there and catch your own and show me what a cow looks like..

I appreciate your honesty but it did matter to you or you would not have posted the sizes .
"I call it like I see it" Remember saying that to anyone ?
I wont bicker with you this time around and that is a nice fish in pic3 .
As for catching my own .. Once you figure out "WHO" I am sure you'll know I can prove when I say I have landed 7 keepers so far this year not counting the late January keepers we caught . 6 of the 7 were over 30" and 2 right at 40" with one at 29.5" . Our season is open all year . ALL fish released except 1 and ALL caught on Plugs ..
Using bait for spawning Stripers should be outlawed when you cant even keep the fish , Why do we allow ourselves to possibly kill breeding Stripers during the closed season anyways .
    Good luck on your 40"er
