    Flat bank sinkers

    Anyone ever use flat bank sinkers in the surf, any success?

    They don't hold the bottom well, here in Hawaii. But they don't get stuck in the rocks on the retrieve as much. I think they might plane upwards.

    You will need less weight with a flat sinker, they give no resistance in the water.
