Still problems logging in...
Still can not log into P&S on iOS devices. Cleared the cookies and cache. No ad blockers. Enabled cookies and cross tracking. Still no luck.
What happens when you try and login? Do you get an error or does it just say "you signed in" and then show as not signed in?
The screen says:
"You have entered an invalid username or password. Please enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here! You have used 1 out of 5 login attempts. After all 5 have been used, you will be unable to login for 15 minutes."
I'd suggest deleting any saved login info you have for your browser and try again. If you aren't sure how to do so, let me know what browser you have an I'll help you figure it out
Tried that already. Didn't work. Tried every recommendation from Google searches.
Can I have your permission to try a forced password change? I'll manually change your password on my end, which should hopefully overwrite any errors in your account information.

Unfortunately that did not work either. Logged in on a PC but still not Apple.
What browser/app are you experiencing this issue on?
