Salinity levels in the mid and upper Chesapeake bay

Salinity levels should be going way up with the lack of rain and lack of rain forecasted in the immediate future.

Anyone tried for Blues and or Flounder recently??

Haven't heard anything on the Blues and Flounder but those in boats are doing pretty good liveiining spot for rock around the bay bridge pilings, the Pipe Line and Love Point. Lot of cats (my favorite) in the upper bay. I wouldn't be too surprised if some rock were caught off the Bill Burton Pier (AKA The Tank) livelining spot or small white perch.

I tried a new (to me) spot down by Chesapeake beach this morning, looking for saltier waters. Got two each of short rocks and specs. I threw gulp for flounder but no takers.
