    Charter Advice - VA Beach

Headed to Virginia Beach on the 17th and thinking of hiring a charter for myself and two teens. In the past we've done some inshore, but the fishing has always just been "ok" in past years around that time. Curious how things are looking now and into the next couple of weeks. Also considering spending the $$ for offshore. Any thoughts (yes, predictions) over next couple of weeks and charter company to work with. Thanks!

Knot tellin charters is awesome. Took a 9 hr trip with them last year and had an amazing time. Caught Cobia, king mackerel and false albacore tuna.

Knot Wish'n with Captain Todd out of Rudee Inlet is an excellent choice for inshore and running off the Oceanfront - this summer has been outstanding for Spanish Mackerel - that should be a sure bet, maybe a shot at a Cobia, believe he does some shark fishing too this time of year - affordable at $400 for 1/2 day
We have gone out with him in the Fall when the trout are running in Rudee Inlet and done well
