Any one fishing the beaches around Panama city? Anything in the surf at the end of October?

Hey I'm there now and open to suggestions. They're catching spanish on the piers, and twice saw big tarpon busting surface too far out. Would like to go for reds and trout around the bays.

Go try St. Andrews Park and fish the jetty , It's always been a good spot for me .
