My family and a buddy's family will be going to atlantic beach near the end of august and me and my buddy want to go fishing. What do you think I should target from the surf and B.I. Pier. No information is too much. thanks for the help
Throw Stingsilvers from the surf and Gotcha plugs from the pier at sunrise and just before sunset, should have a few spanish and blue fish bites.
Dig some sand fleas and try your luck with the sheepshead around the pylons at the pier. Soaking fresh shrimp will most likely just feed the pin fish but you may catch some whiting or spots. Try soaking the sand fleas for pompano.
Gulp on jig heads a little less than half way up the pier may intice a flounder bite. Try to fish the moving tides.
