Albacore, Bonito, or any other types of tuna like that? I occasionally see pics of them in Florida, but what about NC? Thanks.

in the spring and fall, but mainly fall, when the false albacore make their runs there is always a few caught. bogue inlet pier in emerald isle always seems to get some, mercer's pier here in wrightsville beach does as well. it's just a matter of being at the right place as the right time (sorta like most fishin  ). bonito from the piers are a little more rare but it does happen from time to time.

Nice. Are they caught on king rigs?

sometimes the king rings, but a lot of times on gotcha plugs.

And stingsilvers, from beach and the planks both in the fall.. Yrs ago was a lot better, but the way things have gone thus far this yr with cobes and kings, they could be there in numbers this yr..
