    Got there around 10:30 AM, fished for cat's.....not much going on. Saw a snakehead under the pier......then another......5,6,7......too many to count! Hanging in the shade and every once in a while, coming up for air. Finally started getting hits with a plastic worm with a treble hook...

    Looks like another fine T has bit the dust. Only 2 remaining besides Sharkman's pier. I first set foot on Avalon in 1966. Seen a lot of grand fish come up on its decks. Seen a lot of changes over the years and most of them were not good. Glad Romeo and Joe Mullet did not live to see it...
