Made it Home!

I miss it already. Took me 12 hours but made it safe & sound. Now for a hot shower & a good sleep. Not looking forward to a cold winter but need to take care of a few thing's up here. Got to check out the boat & get a few trips in before I take it out & get her winterized. Got a month's load of mail to go through & some unpacking to do.
Great talking & meeting a few of you & I promise I won't disappear. Hopefully we can all meet up next time I'm down & do a little fishing. Keep posting those pictures & I'll post some of mine. Speak to u'll later...........Ron

glad yall made it back without a hitch. 12 hours is a pretty good haul. seems my back starts aching pretty good after about 5 hours in car, i dont care how comfortable the auto is. sounds like you had a pretty good catch down there, some pretty good quality spanish.

I enjoyed reading your posts while on your trip. I visit the strand area several times each year. I hope during a visit in the future we can meet and share some stories. Glad you had a safe trip. You seem ok , for a Yankee LOL

Thanks guy's I hated to leave. I had my sister -in- law handle my banking when I was gone. Left her checks to pay some bills, after going over some statements today I found a few charges I didn't recognize, sure enough I called the bank to dispute a few charges & found out someone got ahold off my credit card # & ran up about $1100.00 of charges.Spent some time on the phone with the bank ETC & cancelled my card.Fortunately I won't have to pay for them but a pain in the Butt filling out forms. I guess I have to be thankfull it could have been worse.
I don't leave the house today after getting to bed this morning around 4am. Caught up on some sleep, unpacked & went through a months full of mail.
Tomorrow I'll get a haircut & go check on the boat.Maybe take her for a spin. Weather was 55% today not so bad but it won't be long before that will change. Will keep you guy's posted.
