Fall striper fishing on upper cape cod

Always known as a great place to fish for stripers in the fall, the upper cape fishing has not been good this year. I have been skunked on numerous outing's this fall with only one good morning of fishing to show for my efforts. The fisheries biologists say there are plenty of fish around.....I just wish there was plenty of fish around in my neck of the woods!!!!

This lack of fish was not only in your area. It was the norm up and down the New England coast.
I don't believe the biologists. There weren't alot of fish around. And this is from 37 years of experience.
